Justin Timberlake is set to make music once again — but don’t look for a new album yet.
The singer will compose the score, his first, for the film “The Devil in the Deep Blue Sea,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The New Orleans-set drama will feature Jessica Biel (Timberlake’s fiancé), Chloe Moretz and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and is expected to start shooting in the fall.
Timberlake will also reportedly music supervise the film. He’s largely avoided the music world since 2006’s hit album “FutureSex/LoveSounds,” focusing on developing artists through his Tennman Records label and exploring his acting career with roles in “The Social Network,” “Friends with Benefits” and other films. His numerous ventures also include fashion line William Rast and the New York restaurant Southern Hospitality.
